Yoga was what saved my life. I discovered that breath combined with movement drastically changed how I felt mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually. I am able to combine science, specialized psychology, NLP and hypnosis into my classes to create a transformational deep somatic healing experience. My students often tell me they feel lighter and more connected to themselves after every class.

Breathing and moving through the asanas (poses) distracts the mind quieting the rushing thoughts (monkey mind). When the mind becomes quiet a Mind/body connection is made. Any stuck uncomfortable energies can be burned away through the flowing movements combined with hypnotic therapeutic suggestions leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed.

I have struggled with chronic anxiety and depression for most of my life. After using prescription drugs and other coping methods for more than 2 decades I found yoga. Within 6 months of practicing yoga regularly I was able to quiet my mind and manage my emotional state much more effectively.
